    • Oversaw full P&L for all eCommerce domestically and abroad, with revenue accounting for almost 1/3of total company sales, double digit growth year-over-year, and double-digit profitability.
    • Ran all operations that pertained to Ecommerce from product onboarding to the product being shipped out the door.
    • Facilitated all digital marketing and CRM for the wider company, creating an omnichannel Customer 360 approach to our growth.
    • Implemented all new technology to support all direct to consumer channels and bring F21 into the 21st century.
    • Key leader in getting Forever 21 through Bankruptcy to a successful sale that saved the business and then continued to lead it through the pandemic achieving its most profitable year in over a decade.
