From Fit AI, to multiple look and multiple participant events, the entire shopping experience is customized for a shopping online for your tuxedo or suit and all of the accessories.
    • Expanded technology department from 7 to 30
    • Rebuilt e-commerce architecture on React/Redux and Microservices
    • Streamlined the customer experience using Machine Learning for a new Fit experience and rebuilt from scratch the concept of renting online for wedding parties
    • Built out two fulfillment centers with state of the art automation and enterprise tooling
    • Utilized Nordstrom relationship to launch 14 Shop-In-Shops within Nordstrom Stores branded The Black Tux
    • Launched 6 stand-alone showrooms
    • Created the first strategy roadmaps and department budgets
    • Coordinated with leaders for multiple other departments
